Lone working guidelines for staff and visiting observers:
Visiting observers must receive an introduction for working in our premises before they are allowed to work alone.
Lone workers must use the lone worker alarm system installed in the control rooms. Please read the instructions for using the INT lone worker alarm and WHT lone worker alarm system.
Lone workers should carry the dedicated lone worker mobile phone available from the control room stationary (pin 6500). This phone is only for emergencies. Via this phone we will try to establish contact with the lone worker in case of an outgoing emergency call. Lone workers may call the 8 programmed numbers in case of an emergency.
No lone working must take place if no member of ING staff is on site (including ING staff resting at the Residencia).
A team (i.e. > 1) of observers, who have received the introduction and the visitor pack, can work unaccompanied, even if there is no member of ING staff on-site.
There is no technical support available outside operations team and OSA working hours.
A list of lone workers is maintained for the reference of potential receivers of emergency calls.
